Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I miss a class?

You will have access to your portal with catch up videos, but must check in with me once you have done this, so I can keep you in full flow and accountability and make sure I can support for anything you need.

How quickly will I feel the results?

This varies from woman to woman, but we will be checking in regularly and keeping an eye on progress. If you are attending session and doing your homework honestly and regularly, then you should start to see progress quickly. If things are not going as we would expect, then we will have an online catch up over zoom and look at what may be going on for you.

What do I do when the 12 weeks have finished?

You will have the option to continue your fitness journey with additional weekly Heat classes. This will be discussed nearer the time of completion to prep you for the next stage ahead.
