We intake 3 times per year for our 12 week group courses:
January, May, September
Once you have completed our HCR Everywoman programme, you can then progress onto
our next level for Holistic Core Restore HEAT and level up your recovery programme.

July 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th
This programme will support your recovery from leaks when you move, lift, exercise, sneeze or cough
It will strengthen your pelvic floor, giving you confidence in your movements
Breath correction and pelvic floor engagement will work more strongly together
Improve your core, back and pelvic floor strength
A deeper knowledge and understanding to managing your pelvic health not just for now, but for your future self
Online homework will be available after you complete your course so that you can continue
This will be a gift to yourself now, and also your future self, all skills learned are skills for life
You may just really enjoy this and you will definitely make some friends along the way from your course group
What happens if I miss a class?
Missing one class will not be of detriment to your progression, sometimes you may need to rest, life may get busy and things may crop up unexpectedly. However, as your coach, its my job to keep you supported, progressing well and seeing results. If more than a couple of classes are missed, we will check and chat about what's going on for you.
You will have access to your portal with catch up videos, but must check in with me once you have done this, so I can keep you in full flow and accountability and make sure I can support for anything you need.
How quickly will I feel the results?
This varies from woman to woman, but we will be checking in regularly and keeping an eye on progress. If you are attending session and doing your homework honestly and regularly, then you should start to see progress quickly. If things are not going as we would expect, then we will have an online catch up over zoom and look at what may be going on for you.
What do I do when the 12 weeks have finished?
Don't worry, we don't leave you just there, we have options to move into the next phase of our programmes so that you can continue to progress your pelvic health and overall fitness.On completing your Holistic Core Restore Everywoman programme, you will have the option to advance to our Holistic Core Restore® HEAT Programme. Which now brings you into a higher impact programme which supports fitness and fat loss that is pelvic floor friendly. These sessions will jump start your metabolism and have you burning calories long after the session is completed.
